Nordic Teal Caija at Lapinruska

As a long time fan of Petra’s breeding at Cantavia, as well as Hilde’s breeding at Nordic Teal, this combination was a dream come true for me. With an ancestor loss of 10.6% the pedigree ticked many boxes for my goals towards genetic diversity. 

I co-own Nuoska with my extremely good friends Kerrie and Neil, who have two lappies from Liz Mowatt and their first, Enni, being Ruska’s daughter. 

The whole thing has been a match made in heaven. Picking her up from Norway together was certainly an experience we won’t forget in a hurry, and Nuoska coped incredibly well with every step of the journey. She’s settling in nicely with Kerrie, Neil, Enni, & Tahko. 

I am so, so grateful to Hilde for letting her come all this way, as well as to Kerrie and Neil for this partnership opportunity. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this happy young lady!
